Service help

For account access, technical problems or general help, email support@playtellsomeone.com. Tell Someone will never ask you to send your one-time sign-in code.

Safety

Use the in-app Report action for content or a profile you encountered. For an urgent safety concern about the service, email safety@playtellsomeone.com. For immediate danger, contact emergency services.

Privacy and data rights

For access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a privacy question, email privacy@playtellsomeone.com or use the Complaints route. Provide only the minimum facts needed to find and assess the issue.

Formal complaints

The public Complaints route accepts concerns from users and affected people, with or without a Tell Someone account. It returns a private content-free status capability. Do not publish or share that capability.
